Looking to volunteer at our Back To School Book Sale?

You have come to the right spot! We are looking for volunteers for our 2023 Back to School Book Sale happening at CCPL's Bees Ferry West Ashley Branch with our member pre-sale starting on August 3rd. We can not run our amazing book sales without you and we will need volunteers starting on Thursday, August 3rd. Volunteer opportunities include:

Set up the day of (moving boxes of books to tables, posting signage, etc.)
Floor Assistance (organizing books during the book sale)
Cashier (must be comfortable using electronic devices to take payments)
Take Down (pack remaining books in boxes)
Managing the table for dealers

Please fill out the information below to register to volunteer. Once you submit this form, you are registered. We are a volunteer non-profit organization that relies heavily on our volunteers so for any reason you cannot make it, please cancel your slot. If you can not cancel your volunteer slot or need to do so within 24 hrs. of the sale, please contact us by email at info@charlestonlibraryfriends.org.
