2026 That BIG Book Sale

Volunteer to help support your local Library! 

Charleston Friends of the Library (CFOL) is excited to host our annual That BIG Book Sale on May 13-May 17 2026.

Please fill out the information below to register to volunteer for the sale. Review the volunteer shifts and select those that you wish to work. If you have a volunteer job preference, please let us know below in additional comments but no guarantees. Once you submit this form and receive a confirming email, you are registered 

*If you have had previous experience with children's pre-setup in the past, please consider helping us again this year by letting us know that you have helped in Children's.*

Approximately one week before the sale, you will receive an email from the Friends with additional volunteer information and frequently asked questions.

Volunteer Perks:

  • $6 off any purchase excluding tote bags
  • Bragging rights that you support your public library and community


We rely heavily on our volunteers to make the sale a great success, and if for any reason you can not make your scheduled shift, please cancel on the site, or send an email to info@charlestonlibraryfriends.org asap.
